On the Menu Festive Recipe - Mumm Champagne & Oysters with Vinaigrette

In the world of Champagne, few names evoke the same level of prestige and excellence as Mumm. Established in 1827, in France’s Champagne region, the House of G.H Mumm has consistently set the benchmark for quality that offers a blend of tradition and innovation.

Mumm's commitment to excellence begins in the vineyard. Unlike many Champagne houses, Mumm owns an extensive array of Grand Cru vineyards, ensuring that only the finest grapes are used in its cuvées.

What truly sets Mumm apart is its dedication to the art of winemaking. The masterful blending of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier creates a Champagne with unparalleled complexity and elegance. Each bottle of Mumm Champagne reflects a meticulous crafting process, from handpicking the grapes to the lengthy ageing process in its historic underground cellars.

Mumm's flagship Cordon Rouge, known for its vibrant and refreshing character, has been a symbol of celebration and sophistication for nearly two centuries. In a market crowded with choices, Mumm consistently delivers an exceptional experience, embodying the perfect balance of richness and finesse
